Terms of Service
1. Services
KodenCore builds custom, template-free websites under fixed-price packages as listed on our Pricing page (Starter, Business, E-commerce).
2. Payment
Payment is collected in three parts: 20% (token/booking amount) to begin the project, 30% upon design finalization, and 50% upon final delivery, before handover/go-live.
3. Design finalization
Design finalization requires the client's written approval (email or WhatsApp message) explicitly confirming approval of the design. Verbal approval does not count as finalization.
4. Revisions
Included revision rounds: Starter — 2 rounds, Business — 3 rounds, E-commerce — 4 rounds. Additional revision rounds beyond those included are billed at a flat ₹1,500 per round.
5. Timelines and delays
Estimated delivery timelines are stated per package on our Pricing page and confirmed at project kickoff. If a delay is caused by KodenCore, the refund window remains open regardless of design approval status (see Section 6 and our Refund Policy). If a delay is caused by the client — including delayed responses, feedback, or content delivery — the project timeline is paused and resumes once the client responds; KodenCore is not liable for delays caused by client response time.
6. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: only the 20% token amount is refundable, and only if cancelled before design finalization. If KodenCore fails to meet the committed project timeline (excluding client-caused delays per Section 5), the refund window remains open until the delayed deliverable is provided.
7. Domain and hosting
Domain registration and hosting costs are not included in package pricing and are the client's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project.
8. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Upon final payment, the client receives the completed website for their use. KodenCore retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (including social media and advertising). Clients may request, in writing, to opt out of or delay this showcase (e.g. for unreleased products or NDA-covered work).
9. Limitation of liability
KodenCore's total liability arising from any project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that project. KodenCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the delivered website.
