Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment is collected in three parts:

• 20% (token/booking amount) — due to begin the project.
• 30% — due upon design finalization.
• 50% — due upon final delivery, before handover/go-live.

Design Finalization

Design finalization means the client has confirmed approval in writing — via email or WhatsApp message — explicitly approving the design. Verbal approval (call, in-person) does not count as finalization.

Refund Eligibility

Only the 20% token amount is refundable, and only if the project is cancelled before design finalization (written approval received). Once the design is approved in writing and the 30% payment is made, no amount is refundable.

Delay on Our Side

If KodenCore fails to meet the committed project timeline, the refund window remains open (20% stays refundable) regardless of design approval status, until the delayed deliverable is provided.
